Pranayama: “Prana” means Universal life force and “ayama” means regulate or lengthen. It is an art of regulation or control of your prana through various breathing techniques. Prana flows through thousands of subtle energy channels called ‘nadis’ and energy centers called ‘chakras’. The quantity and quality of prana and the way it flows through the nadis and chakras determines one’s state of mind.
Pranayama enhances your lung capacity, improves your vital force, blood & air circulation throughout your body, removes fear, uncertainty, tensions, conflict and other negative qualities bringing harmony between the body, mind and soul, making one physically, mentally and spiritually strong when Practiced correctly.
We teach various types of pranayama in each and every session with their variation in our Yoga sessions
